How do I add my own gazetteers?

To add your own gazetteer you need to

1) Create an XML file using the same schema as the supplied gazetteers

2) Ensure your XML file name starts with clt_. This will ensure your files never get over written by the auto upgrade process.

3) Copy your XML file into the directory $WMC_HOME/xml/gazetteer/
