Tomcat 4.0.4 compiler bug workaround (Deprecated)

To increase performance and reliability it is recommended that you upgrade the Jasper libraries for Tomcat 4.0.4. to Jasper version 2. To do this you will need to download the following jar files.
Files required from the Tomcat 4.1.3 release:

1) commons-collections.jar
2) commons-logging.jar
3) jasper-compiler.jar
4) jasper-runtime.jar
5) ant.jar
